- Network Design - CIS designs customer networks with best practices specifically addressing the unique needs of a converged voice and data network. Power over Ethernet switches are recommended for all phones.
- QoS Policies - CIS configures your router with a QoS policy to give priority on your broadband connection to VoIP. Without QoS a simple file download or email with a large attachment sent from a PC in the back room could affect call quality.
- Proactive Monitoring - We are monitoring each individual phone's status at all times. If a phone goes offline and our monitoring system shows the internet is functioning and other phones are up we will automatically create a trouble ticket, begin diagnosing the issue and notify your team. We also monitor call quality metrics to help identify network issues causing poor call quality.
- Call Analytics - Our management portal gives you the power to search and export all calls to our from your locations. You have access to advanced analytics to further break down calling trends to give you insight into where, when and how customers are interacting with you over the phone.
